Removed 1 Tier 2 Security:
- -1 = Discarded Business Record: ("SGD Holdings, Ltd.")
- Rationale = SGD Holdings, Ltd., based in the United States, previously operated in the cannabis industry as a lessor and consultant. The company leased property to cannabis growers for the purposes of cultivating cannabis. However, the company recently changed its name to AI Metaverse Holdings Corp. and shifted its business focus. The company, through its subsidiary, now develops, markets, and sells paper and paper products. AI Metaverse Holdings also owns a biotechnology and human health product development and marketing company. At this time, there is no evidence to suggest that AI Metaverse Holdings has any current involvement in, or connection to, the cannabis industry. As a result, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion. AI Metaverse Holdings Corp. will be removed from CRB Monitor's database and added to a watchlist where it will be monitored for potential reinclusion.
