          - Rationale = VaporBrands International is a US-based company developing electric vehicles. VaporBrands was previously involved in the cannabis industry through the manufacture and sale of hemp-derived CBD products with a focus on the “vaping” industry. However, per its own admission VaporBrands “has ceased all Vape or CBD related activities.” VaporBrands “will put all its efforts towards” electric vehicles. As a result, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.
