    - Rationale = The Global X Cannabis ETF was an exchange-traded fund formed to offer straightforward exposure to cannabis equities in developed markets. The fund tracked an index of developed market companies related to cannabis, hemp & CBD. However, this fund was closed. The security has been delisted. As a result, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.

**Removed 3 Tier 3 Securities:**

- -1 = Discarded Business Record from Database: (“Acerus Pharmaceuticals Corporation”)  
    - Rationale = Acerus Pharmaceuticals Corporation is a Canada-based pharmaceutical company focused on the commercialization and development of prescription products, with a primary focus in the field of men's health. Acerus Pharmaceuticals was previously involved in the cannabis industry through the development of a nasal gel technology to deliver cannabinoids. However, the company's security has been revoked/delisted and it no longer trades. As a result, the company is now private.     - Rationale = APEX Global Brands Inc. is a U.S.-based marketer and manager of a portfolio of various fashion and lifestyle brands. However, the company's security has been revoked/delisted and it no longer trades. As a result, the company is now private.
