During the week of December 18 - 24, 2023, CRB Monitor’s research team made several updates to securities’ information and added source documents & relevant news articles to the CRB Monitor database.

Removed 3 Tier 1B Securities:

• -3 = Discarded Business Record from Database: (“The Flowr Corporation”) - 1 Issuer with 3 Issuances (1 Common, 1 Warrant & 1 Convertible Debt)
  
  • Rationale = The Flowr Corporation, based in Canada, previously operated as a vertically-integrated cannabis company with a facility in British Columbia. However, the company divested its cannabis operations and assets. “On account of the Company having no operating business and having sold substantially all of its assets, as well as the resignation of its management and board of directors, the CCAA Monitor has requested that the common shares of the Company be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.” As a result, this company no longer has any connection to the cannabis industry. Therefore, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.

Removed 1 Tier 2 Security:

• -1 = Discarded Business Record from Database: (“Marijuana Strategic Ventures, Inc.”)
  • Rationale = Marijuana Strategic Ventures, Inc., based in the U.S., previously operated as a holding company seeking acquisitions in the cannabis industry. However, no cannabis-related transaction were completed. The company subsequently changed its name to “Mushrooms, Inc.” and will now focus exclusively on the “mushroom/Mycelium” industry. As a result, this company no longer has any connection to the cannabis industry. Therefore, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.
