Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc - Updated to "NON-Pure Play" (previously "Pure Play")                              Rationale = Although the company is an owner/investor of a licensed and/or "plant-touching" cannabis business, its involvement in the cannabis industry does not constitute a substantial revenue source (i.e., does not constitute 50% or more of its revenue), relative to its overall operations. Therefore, this company is classified as "Non-Pure Play."

    • Rationale = Ignite International Brands, Ltd. is a global consumer brand, operating in several market segments. One of which, is the sale of CBD products. However, Ignite has proposed and completed a "going private transaction." As a result, the company's stock has been delisted and no longer trades. This is a business without any connection to (1) a cannabis license/"plant-touching" operation, (2) a Tier 1 CRB, and/or (3) a publicly-traded CRB. Therefore, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.
  • -1 = Discarded Business Record from Database: (“Bang Holdings Corp.”)
    
    • Rationale = Bang Holdings Corp. is a development-stage company which was previously involved in the cannabis industry through the provision of cannabis-related digital content and influencer-based marketing. However, it has been over a year since there has been any mention of cannabis in connection with this company, or any other news for that matter. The company's website is dead. As a result, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.
  • -1 = Discarded Business Record from Database: (“American Premium Water Corporation”)
    
    • Rationale = American Premium Water Corporation previously operated in the cannabis industry through the provision of CBD-infused beverages. However, the company acquired CloudX, a crypto-mining related business. Per its own admission, "With the acquisition of CloudX, the Company will now be focusing on the crypto-mining sector and intends to change its name to "American Premium Mining Corporation". The Company had previously been focused on building brands that utilize cutting edge bioscience and nanotechnology in the CBD and wellness space." As a result, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.
  • -1 = Discarded Business Record from Database: (“CalEthos, Inc.”)
    
    • Rationale = CalEthos, Inc. is focused on exploring business opportunities. The company was previously focused on the California cannabis industry. However, per its own admission, "at the end of 2020, we concluded that there were too many issues in the cannabis industry due to federal legalization and that adequate funding was not available for us to execute our plans." CalEthos is exiting the cannabis business and entering the cryptocurrency industry. As a result, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.

    • Rationale = Datable Technology Corp. is a Canada-based software company which was previously involved in the development of a shareholder loyalty platform for the cannabis industry. However, it has been over a year since there has been any mention of cannabis in connection with this company. There is no evidence to suggest that Datable has any connection to the cannabis industry at this point in time. As a result, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.
