      • Rationale = Apple Rush Co., Inc. acquired Wild Organic Ancient Horticulture (WOAH), a privately-held hemp cultivator in Florida. Per WOAH's own admission, it is "one of the first licensed hemp cultivators in the state of Florida." WOAH is an organic no till farming operation. Apple Rush Co., Inc. also acquired Pursuit Hemp Farms, LLC, a proficient farming operation having 1,400 acres of cropland available, which has been growing high-quality hemp since 2018.

      • Rationale = W World Corp. was previously involved in the cannabis industry through the research and development of cannabinoid products. However, per its website (http://www.pharmoscorp.com/), the company terminated this program. There is no evidence to suggest that the company has any other connection to the cannabis industry.

East West Bank said that it was running a small, invitation-only program for marijuana customers.
