          - Rationale = CAVU Resources Inc. is a US-based real estate infrastructure and land development platform company. CAVU previously operated a cannabis technology/social media platform. However, it has been over a year since there has been any mention of cannabis in connection with this company. There is no evidence to suggest that this company is still actively engaged in the cannabis industry. As a result, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.

- **Removed 1 Tier 3 Security:** 
    - -1 = Discarded Business Record from Database: (“Scepter Holdings, Inc.”)  
          - Rationale = Scepter Holdings, Inc. is a US-based brand development and sales management company focusing on consumer packaged goods. Scepter previously announced the development of a hemp oil/CBD-infused hand sanitizer product.
