- -3 = Discarded Business Record from Database: (“Revelstone Capital Acquisition Corp.”) - *1 Issuer with 3 Issuances (1 Common, 1 Warrant & 1 Unit) *  
    - Rationale = Revelstone Capital Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company/special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC). Revelstone was formed to complete a transaction within the cannabis industry. However, Revelstone subsequently entered into an agreement with “Set Jet”, a private jet charter company (non-cannabis-related). Given that Revelstone entered a non-cannabis deal, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.
