**Removed 2 Tier 1B Securities:**

- -1 = Discarded Business Record from Database: (“Century Cobalt Corp.”) 
    - Rationale = Century Cobalt Corp. is a US-based mineral exploration and development company, primarily focused on cobalt. Century Cobalt was previously involved in the cannabis industry through an agreement to acquire ownership in a medicinal cannabis license in Zimbabwe. However, this agreement was terminated. There is no evidence to suggest that the company has any other connection to, or intention to re-enter, the cannabis industry. As a result, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.
- -1 = Discarded Business Record from Database: (“Zhejiang Yatai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.”) 
    - Rationale = Zhejiang Yatai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a China-based drug manufacturer and pharmaceutical research company. Zhejiang Yatai was previously involved in the cannabis industry through the development of cannabidiol ("CBD") products. However, it has been over two years since there has been any mention of cannabis in connection with this company. There is no evidence to suggest that this company is still actively engaged in the cannabis industry. As a result, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.

**Removed 2 Tier 2 Securities:**

- -2 = Discarded Business Record from Database: (“Akerna Corp.”) - *1 Issuer with 2 Issuances (1 Common & 1 Warrant)*  
    - Rationale = Akerna Corp., based in the US, previously operated as a regulatory compliance technology company for the cannabis industry. Akerna offered services such as data/supply chain management and product tracking, among others. However, Akerna changed its name and will now focus on the cryptocurrency industry, primarily Bitcoin. There is no evidence to suggest that the company has any other connection to, or intention to re-enter, the cannabis industry. As a result, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.
