    - Rationale = Canadian Nexus Team Ventures Corp. is an investment company which provides capital, experience, and support to emerging market leaders in the mining, progressive health, wellness, and technology industries. Canadian Nexus was previously involved in the cannabis industry through an option-to-purchase (warrants) shares in Agriforce Growing Systems Ltd., a developer of cultivation technology designed to increase crop yields. However, all of these warrants expired unexercised. Canadian Nexus no longer holds any investment in Agriforce, or any other cannabis-related businesses.
