    - Rationale = Neptune Wellness Solutions Inc. is a Canadian consumer-packaged goods company focused on health and wellness products. Neptune previously operated a cannabis production facility in Quebec. However, Neptune divested its cannabis business and assets. As a result, this company no longer has any connection to the cannabis industry. Therefore, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.

**Removed 5 Tier 2 Securities:**

- -3 = Discarded Business Record from Database: (“Silver Spike Acquisition Corp II”) - *1 Issuer with 3 Issuances (1 Common, 1 Unit & 1 Warrant)* 
    - Rationale = Silver Spike Acquisition Corp II operated as a blank check company/special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC). The company was formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The company intended to focus on businesses in the cannabis industry.     - Rationale = Silver Spike III Acquisition Corp. operated as a newly organized special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC).
