During the week of August 22 - 28, 2022, CRB Monitor’s research team made several updates to securities’ information and added source documents & relevant news articles to the CRB Monitor database.

Summary of the updates for the Week of August 22 - 28, 2022:

• Added 1 Tier 1A Security:
  • +1 = New Security (Convertible Debt) Added to Existing Issuer (“Canopy Growth Corporation”)
• Removed 1 Tier 2 Security:
  • -1 = Discarded Business Record from Database: (“Apotheca Biosciences, Inc.”)
    • Rationale = Apotheca Biosciences, Inc., a medical device company, was previously involved in the cannabis industry through the development of device solutions for cannabinoid medical technologies. However, it has been over a year since there has been any mention of cannabis in connection with this company. Additionally, Apotheca's common stock has been delisted from the OTC and there is no evidence to suggest that it is trading elsewhere. As a result, Apotheca Biosciences, Inc. no longer qualifies for inclusion.
• Removed 1 Tier 3 Security:
  
  • -1 = Discarded Business Record from Database: (“Avricore Health Inc.”)
    
    • Rationale = Avricore Health Inc., a Canadian pharmacy service company engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of generic and over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals, was previously involved in the cannabis industry through the development of an online portal for pharmacists seeking reliable and accurate product knowledge on medicinal cannabis. However, it has been over a year since there has been any mention of cannabis in connection with this company. There is no evidence to suggest that Avricore is still pursuing the development of this cannabis online portal. As a result, Avricore Health Inc. no longer qualifies for inclusion.
