          - Rationale = DeFi Technologies Inc. was previously involved in the cannabis industry through an investment in publicly-traded Tier 1A CRB "Flora Growth Corp." However, DeFi sold its stake in Flora Growth. There is no evidence to suggest that DeFi has any other connection to the cannabis industry.

- **Added 2 Tier 2 Security & Removed 1 Tier 2 Security:** 
    - +1 = New CRB (“Black Dragon Resource Companies, Inc.”)
    - +1 = New CRB (“UAN Power Corp.”)
